The situation quickly escalated when the first suspect swung a pair of bolt cutters at the victim, who managed to deflect the blow. The Ring camera video shows the shocking moment when the suspect kicks the defenseless victim in the head before grabbing the bolt cutters and the bicycle and attempting to walk away. In a horrifying turn of events, the suspect struck the victim on the back of his head, rendering him unconscious. Both suspects then fled the scene, leaving the victim with significant head injuries.
