During the search, detectives recovered an AR-15 rifle and arrested Hale in connection with both robberies. Hale now faces charges including two counts of robbery, two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, illegal possession of an assault weapon, and being prohibited from owning ammunition. He is currently being held at the Martinez Detention Facility on a bail amount of $60,000.
