Authorities are continuing their search for a missing hiker in Monrovia Canyon Park. Colin Walker, 53, was last seen on nearby home security footage walking towards the park’s trailhead around 6 a.m. Sunday morning.
Walker is known to be an avid hiker, frequently visiting mountain ranges in the area. However, officials have expressed concern due to the ongoing extreme heatwave in Southern California.
Several search and rescue teams are conducting the search both on foot and by helicopter.
