Violent Topanga Crash Possibly Linked to Street Racing

In Topanga, a violent crash involving three vehicles occurred in an area known for street racing, resulting in two individuals being taken to local hospitals. The incident took place around 11:15 p.m. at the intersection of Stunt Road and Saddle Peak Road, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department officials.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered one vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The scene, shown in video footage, revealed three damaged vehicles, one of which had fallen nearly 30 feet down an embankment.

The crashes took place in a winding road through the canyon near the Topanga Outlook. The Malibu sheriff’s station received reports of vehicles racing in the area but could not confirm if this crash was a result of the alleged racing.

No arrests were made following the crash, and the cause is currently under investigation.
