Authorities from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department are investigating the circumstances leading to the in-custody death of an inmate. According to a release from the department, deputies found 41-year-old Anthony Edward Ramirez hanging in his cell at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino around 8:42 p.m. on Saturday night.
