A man was robbed at gunpoint while waiting for an Uber near Alamo Square in San Francisco on Monday, according to local police. The incident occurred shortly after 10 a.m. near the intersection of Fulton and Steiner streets.
Four men, clad in black clothing and masks, pulled up in an SUV. They brandished guns and demanded the victim hand over his belongings. A passerby across the street witnessed the confrontation and attempted to intervene.
The Good Samaritan crossed the street and confronted the assailants, who then pointed their guns at him before fleeing the scene. According to the police, the robbers made off with two bags containing laptops, medical equipment, and clothing. No injuries were reported in the incident.
