Mother Discovers Body in Son’s Room in South Los Angeles

A potential homicide is under investigation in the Historic South-Central area of South Los Angeles after a woman discovered a body in her son’s room. The incident was reported on Sunday afternoon around 1:15 p.m. in the 2200 block of Wall Street.

The woman contacted the Los Angeles Police Department after she encountered a strange gas smell emanating from her son’s room. Upon entering the room, she discovered what appeared to be a body.

Upon their arrival, police found the body of a 20-year-old woman, wrapped in plastic. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman’s son is currently being sought by the police for questioning in connection with the incident.
