The Emeryville Police Department is actively searching for a person of interest related to a homicide that took place in May.
The fatal shooting occurred in the vicinity of 41st Street and San Pablo Avenue on May 26 at approximately 11:38 p.m. A man in his thirties was shot and killed in the incident.
On Wednesday, police released a video of a person of interest who, they believe, was in the area at the time of the shooting. Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying this individual.
