Three Separate Shootings in Oakland Leave Two Dead, One Injured

Between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Sunday morning, three separate shootings in Oakland, California, led to two fatalities and one critical injury.

The first shooting occurred just before 1:30 a.m. near E. 15th Street and 20th Avenue. Upon arrival, police officers found a victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital and is currently in critical but stable condition. As of now, no arrests have been made, and no suspect descriptions have been reported.

The second shooting took place just before 3 a.m. near 17th Street and San Pablo Avenue. Despite medical personnel’s efforts to provide aid, the victim succumbed to their injuries at the scene. The victim’s identity is being withheld until their next of kin is notified. No arrests have been made at this time.

The third shooting happened just before 6 a.m. on the 9200 block of E Street. Officers found a victim with at least one gunshot wound upon arrival. Despite attempts at life-saving measures, the victim died at the scene. The victim’s identity is also being withheld until their next of kin is notified. As of Sunday afternoon, no arrests have been made.
