Fight Breaks Out at In-N-Out Near Levi’s Stadium Following 49ers Game

A sizeable fight broke out on Friday night at an In-N-Out near Levi’s Stadium, according to a Facebook post by the Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD). The altercation transpired around 11:12 p.m., following the 49ers’ preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Two individuals were reported to have sustained multiple stab wounds during the fight. Video footage shows the scuffle taking place inside the fast-food restaurant, with at least ten people involved. Some of those involved were seen wearing 49ers or Raiders gear.

Three individuals, one wearing a Raider jersey and another in a 49er jersey, were seen ganging up on a person lying on their back.

The SCPD is treating this incident as a “stabbing-assault with a deadly weapon.” The suspect or suspects remain at large, and no arrests in connection with the incident have been announced by the police.

Both victims were transported to a hospital for treatment. However, their conditions remain unknown at this time.

The In-N-Out where the incident took place is located at 3001 Mission College Blvd., approximately 1.5 miles southwest of Levi’s Stadium.
