Suspect Description Released in 10 Freeway Arson Case

The suspect was seen wearing a black hoodie, blue shorts, and gray shoes with a green scarf. He also had a knee brace on his right knee and was carrying a dark-colored backpack. Authorities noted that he appeared to have visible burn injuries on his left leg.
According to CalFire, the fire was determined to be incendiary and occurred on State of California property. After setting the fire, the suspect left the immediate area and has not been located since.
