Eventually, the suspect crashed into two parked vehicles. Undeterred, the suspect fled on foot, seeking refuge inside a nearby house. After hearing a K-9 outside the house, the suspect surrendered to the authorities. The San Pablo PD discovered that the suspect apprehended during the November 20 pursuit was the same individual involved in the October 29 vehicle theft. Furthermore, two more loaded stolen guns were found in the stolen vehicle.
