The stolen marijuana was later divided among the suspects, who proceeded to consume it. In the subsequent investigation, all three suspects were apprehended at different times. Smith, who had been a fugitive for three months, was located in Lynwood on September 13, while Paul was arrested on November 13 and Raglin on October 31. Currently, each suspect has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and their trials are scheduled for various dates in 2024. If convicted, they could face a potential life sentence in prison.
