Baggage Cart Collides with United Flight at SFO

On Tuesday morning, a baggage cart crashed into a parked aircraft on a runway at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), United Airlines reported. United flight 1107 was at the gate when the incident occurred.

Fortunately, no injuries resulted from the crash. However, the aircraft was removed from service, according to United. The airline arranged for another plane to transport passengers to their destination.

Flight 1107 was bound for Austin, Texas, with a scheduled departure time of 9:10 a.m. Due to the incident, the flight is expected to arrive one hour and 14 minutes late, as per United’s website.
