A deadly shooting at a Metro bus station in Tarzana, Los Angeles, claimed the life of one individual and left another with injuries on Friday night.
The Los Angeles Police Department received reports of the shooting at the intersection of Reseda Boulevard and Oxnard Street around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds at the Metro Orange line busway station.
Both victims were immediately transported to a local hospital. While one of the victims is in stable condition, unfortunately, the other victim succumbed to their injuries and passed away at the hospital.
The bus station has been closed off as homicide detectives conduct an investigation into the fatal shooting. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear due to limited information. Authorities have not provided any descriptions of potential suspects, and the identities of the victims have not been disclosed.
