In Loving Memory: Zendaya Pays Tribute to Angus Cloud

“Euphoria” star Zendaya took to social media on Tuesday to share a heartfelt tribute to her late co-star Angus Cloud. The 25-year-old actor was found deceased in his Oakland, California home on Monday. The cause of death remains undisclosed.

In her Instagram post, Zendaya shared a picture of Cloud and penned a moving note reflecting on his life. She described Cloud as possessing “infinite beauty” and expressed her gratitude for having known him. She reminisced about his warm eyes, bright smile, and infectious laughter, acknowledging the light and joy he consistently brought to those around him.

Both Zendaya and Cloud are natives of Oakland and alumni of the Oakland School for the Performing Arts. After moving to New York City, Cloud was discovered by a casting director, which led to his breakout role as Fez on the Emmy-winning series “Euphoria.”

Cloud’s family revealed that he had recently suffered the loss of his father and had been openly battling mental health issues. They hope his passing would serve as a reminder for others struggling with similar issues that they are not alone and should not suffer in silence.

The Oakland School for the Performing Arts has also expressed their respect for Cloud’s artistic accomplishments both during and after his time at the school.
