Oakland native and Euphoria star, Zendaya, expressed her heartfelt condolences following the passing of her co-star Angus Cloud. Cloud, aged 25, was found deceased in his Oakland home on Monday. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
In an Instagram post, Zendaya shared a picture of Cloud along with a touching note reflecting on his life. The actress described Cloud as possessing “infinite beauty,” recalling his warm eyes, bright smile, and infectious laugh. She highlighted his ability to light up any room he entered and fondly remembered him for all the light, love, and joy he always gave.
Both Zendaya and Cloud were alumni of the Oakland School for the Performing Arts. Following Cloud’s passing, the school acknowledged his talent as an artist in instrumental music, digital media, and production design, remembering him as having a significant presence at the school.
Cloud later moved to New York City, where he was discovered by a casting director. His character Fez in the Emmy-winning series “Euphoria” soon won the hearts of fans.
