The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. in the vicinity of Interstate 80 and Highway 174 near Colfax, where crews were called to respond to a commercial vehicle fire.
Upon arrival, the crews found the trailer of the semi-truck fully engulfed in flames. They were successful in preventing the fire from spreading to the surrounding forestland.
