However, Spejcher experienced an adverse reaction, falling into a state of Cannabis-Induced Psychotic Disorder. During this episode, she fatally stabbed O’Melia multiple times, inflicting devastating wounds. In a distressing twist, Spejcher also inflicted self-harm by repeatedly stabbing herself.
